Wyoming a Signature Away from Constitutional Carry

Well it looks as though Wyoming may become the fourth state in the Union to allow citizens to be armed and free of police molestation even without first acquiring a permit. The constitutional carry bill has made it's way through both Wyoming's House and Senate and is now on the way to the Governor's desk. Good on you guys.
