A High Protein Diet and Weight Loss
When I look at the food pyramid published by the USDA, I can't help but think that the US government wants its people to be obese. The foundation of the pyramid is carbohydrates. It should be protein.

Since buying my house, my Internet has evolved from terrible to decent to now great.

I bought a new laptop, a ThinkPad T16 Gen 4 AMD (that's a mouthful). Lenovo only allows you to configure it with 32 GB of RAM. The spec sheet indicates that it can accept 64 GB of RAM. It actually accepts 96 GB.
If you listen to the left, Trump has officially turned this country into a fascist nation. They say it's obvious to anybody who has eyes to see. Why can't everybody see it? Because nobody can agree on what fascism is or who is a fascist.

Max Headroom first aired in 1987. This shows, which took place '20 minutes into the future,' ended up being surprisingly prescient. One episode dealt with the idea of creating AI versions of dead relatives. Today we're living that episode.
Friedrich Nietzsche famously declared God to be dead. Max Stirner, less famously, declared the same. The faithful disagree, but their statements within context, that the Enlightenment diminished belief in Christianity, are undeniable. Today we live with the consequences of the Enlightenment and they're not all good.
